Nothing can ever beat the contrasting  amalgamation of Chocolate rich brownie and a dollop of Cream ( freshly whipped / chilled ) ..  I mean, can any thing ever turn out to be as delicious as this ??
                           In your dreams !
No wonder this is an immensely enjoyed dessert all over the World without any barriers (age).
Don’t you think this needs a bit of luxuriation especially when you want to serve this on a special occasion of yours or just to that big cheese of your life ?
Yes, of course you do :)
Well here I am at your rescue with this awesomely layered goodness , main components of which are the Chocolate rich almost flourless fudge brownie followed by Chocolate Cremeux and Coffee Mascarpone Ganache.
Just the sound of it makes my mouth water .. ha ha !
That’s enough said let’s do some bowls and whisks!!

Best part about festivals or celebrations ??
My reply, Without any second thoughts  would be  good food , delicious desserts and best company.
And a known fact to many , I am a sucker for desserts especially Indian Mithai. Bringing home the cold stored sweets is so not me ( no offense to anyone) rather would prefer to slave and indulge in self made ones.
Such was an attempt towards this South Indian delicacy for this upcoming festive season.
Badusha is familiar to North Indians as Balushahi whereas popular as Makkan Peda in parts of Telangana state. With just three main ingredients, these deep fried sugar syrup dunked flour donuts are crispy on the outside, moist, tender and flaky on the inside, serving a texture contrast to your palate.
Every celebration calls for a Cake and if that's homemade, even better !
Baking and decorating can sound intimidating for non bakers but a good recipe and tips that ease the entire process, can turn out to be a game changer!
Today I would like to share a simple vanilla sponge and a two ingredient buttercream frosting that can be played around in making variety of simple to complex cakes that are apt for every celebration of your loved ones.

Madeleines remain one of  France's beloved desserts to date. The little cakes with tapered edges and bump on a side are soft, moist and also distinct in shape. These teacakes shall remain significant in French patisserie.
Madeleines happen to be the traditional small cake from Commercy and Liver Dun, two communes of the Lorraine region in the north eastern France. It is said that a girl named Madeleine had been given these little cake-like cookies during her pilgrimage, and she brought the recipe back to France with her, Hence the name ….(Google Gyan :P)
Its make involves just the basic flour, eggs, butter, sugar but the result shall be exotic. Bake a batch of these buttery little French cakes to have with a cup of tea or coffee and I'm sure that you would definitely thank me for reminding these if not directly but in your heart :)
